Two separate errors...

1) No internet connection.

An Internet connection is required for the Trial license. This is to verify that the license is still valid. You can thank license cheaters who tried to extend their Trial license by setting their PC clock back.

2) Critical error with both the Trial and purchased (Classic or Premium) license

Can you provide more information? Including Camera model, BYE version number, Windows version, steps to reproduce the error and any error messages or popup windows that are produced.

Were any errors produced during the installation?

If you purchased let's forget about any errors you got with the trial, it is just confusing for nothing.

This said, you're left with critical error with a purchase key?  Correct?  Please provide more info on the error?  A print screen of the error would help as I think this is not a BYE error per se but probably a .net error.
