Imaging Overlay Template tool confused by new Drag&Drop Image Display support

While working to explain the Imaging Overlay tool to other BYE users, I found that the tool seems to not properly handle Images selected from either the Thumbnail "Filmstrip" or introduced via Drag&Drop (new v3.1 feature).
Instead of using an Image selected thusly as the "Target" Image (Background), it uses the selected Image as the "Current" (Foreground) Image.  
The original "File Select" dialog triggered by the Diskette Icon still works correctly to select a "Target" (Background) Image.

Is this simply a case where the newly added UI Features haven't been fully integrated into an Existing Feature ??

Mask and Drag&Drop was actually in 3.0.3... but the new ' preview in disconnected mode ' is new and that may have introduced a new issue.  I'll take a look.
