Stuck Between Capture and Download

Late Sunday I was running 300s exposures. On two occasions BYEOS stopped at 300 seconds but never went to the download piece. The wheel around the timer continued to turn. After waiting several minutes on each and unable to sort I restarted the program. After midnight I went to bed and seemed to have all my images the next morning with no more issues. Just thought this was odd...

 

Is there a log I can post for research/answers? Running 3.0.3 Pre

Hi Tim,

 

Once an image is complete BYE waits for the camera to fire the image ready to download event with a pointer of where the image is in the camera memory.  Every now and then the SDK will not fire this event.  This is extremely rare and appears to be random.  I've seen it happen to me 3 or 4 times over the last 6 years and I was never able to reproduce. 

 

Is this occurring frequently for you?

Only saw it twice that night and within about 30 minutes of each other. Will find the log and send to you
