License

Question

Hi! I have a license boughth in 2013, which is backyard eos version 2. This is upgraded to version 3 (classic edition). Now I've not used this for 5 years, and I wanted to download it.

I've downloaded the latest version 3.1.18, and when asked to enter the license, the format of it is completely different than the license key I got when I bought it.

the license i have bought is like a long license that spans over 6-7 rows. what do I do?

Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on "Upgrade instructions" under the BackyardEOS column. These instructions will tell you how to use your old multi-line license key to get a new key. The new key will then be available under your My Purchases area of the profile for the user that you were logged in as when you upgraded. For the Classic to Classic upgrade there is no cost.

It didn't work :(

I used my v2 to V3 upgrade code. The v2 code looked even more different.

I had V2, then upgraded to V3 (for free, got a code for that). But that code doesn't work to get V3.1 :(

Well something worked because I see the upgrade key on the server.
