Nikon z6 wont connect

Having fierce trouble connecting nikon z6 - 

Have 2.0.10 BYN, tried a number of USB cables, and I can gain control of the camera from the laptop with Nikon Camera Control Pro 2

I have camera set to manual 

What have I missed?! 

PLEASE HELP - its dark out!

Support for the Z6 was added in 2.0.11 so you should tried that version or the 2.1.0 pre-release.
