BYEOS error

Hello all. I was hoping you could help me with a problem I've been having the last 2 nights out imaging. I got all my equipment setup and going like I always do, and went outside to check on my focus and exposures a few hours later only to discover my session cancelled itself before all my exposures were done.

 

The error codes I've been having is:

Capture Error: General camera error

Imaging session cancelled

ERROR EDS_ERR_TAKE_PICTURE_CARD_NG:EDSKD.EdsSendCommand (cameraRef, 4, 65539)

 

I noticed it said "card", but I don't use an SD card while I image. I have it directly downloaded to my hard drive. I've been using the same DSLR and setup for about 2 years now, and this is the first time I've ran in to this error.

Did you try with a card just as a test?

 

This is a camera error.  Each time a picture is taken several tests are made by the camera and if they fail the camera throws an error and cancels the take picture command.

Thanks for the reply! I will try it all again with an SD card today and see if I get the same problem.
