Nikon D80

Question

Hi there,

I downloaded the trial for Backyard Nikon but the application kept crashing or hanging when I tried to connect it to my Nikon D80. Please can you advise. My trial has expired now so I did not get to evaluate it at all before purchasing. Please could I have another trial and some advice on why I couldn't connect to my D80.

Regards,

Jon Slater.

Thanks. Are you able to give me a second trial so I can try this out?

Cheers,

Jon.

Sure, I just cancelled your first trial.  Go ahead and add it in your cart again and proceed to checkout to get your second trial key.

Hi there,

Thanks for that. I tried it but I am still unable to get BackyardNIKON to connect. I tried various compatibility modes but still got the same result - the crackle and then nothing. Is there something else I can try? (I need another trial sorry) I tried APT as well, that doesn't work either. My PC recognises it as a D80 though and the Nikon bespoke software (Nikon ViewNX) works fine also.

Happy to purchase this product if I can get it working for my D80. I tried all the suggestions that are listed in the program.

Regards,

Jon.

Can you confirm you are running with Vista SP2 compatibility mode?
