BYE resets to defualt setting everytime I start it.

Why is it that when I upgraded to the latest version of Bye it wont save my settings? Everytime I start it it's back at the default settings just like when it was first installed.

Windows messed up your folder privileges.   The easiest way to fix this is to re-install in a separate folder.

I just installed BYE on my new computer. no previous install and its doing the same thing. Every time I start it you reverts to the original defaults

In the past this has been attributed to permissions settings that are preventing BYE from saving the changes to the settings. The developers have not been able to solve it, but a work around is to re-install BYE to a different folder.
