Allow web site notifications to be disabled

Despite disabling Notifications in the web site account settings I still get a prompt from the Edge browser telling me to turn on Notifications. This is an annoyance. Please allow me to completely disable Notifications and eliminate that prompt.

Hi Rick.  This is odd.  I'm going to look into it, hopefully there is a configuration setting somewhere, otherwise I may have to open a support ticket with the provider and see what they can do.

I was just looking at your system profile on the server the flag "Show popup window when I receive a new personal message" caught my eye.  I have disabled it... I'm not sure it this will solve your issue.  Keep me posted please.

On the other hand, is this popup an Edge popup?

Hi Rick,  been playing with Edge a little bit. 

Can you confirm what you see on your O'Telescope notification setting page? Do you get a big red "Browser notification disabled" message or a green "Browser notification enabled"?  For me when I change the Edge setting permission to see browser notification this changes from green to red on the o'telescope notification setting page.... indicating that at the very least the site is reading the Edge setting properly.

Below is what I see.  Notice Browser notifications are disabled, but I still see the  box at the bottom of the window. The confirmation is gray, not red.
