Applied/Saved Settings are no longer working.

Any reason why my settings on BYE 3.1.17 - Classic  are not being saved now? I am using a Canon EOS Rebel T6/1300D. This started happening just a couple of days ago after a capture session. Prior to that, it ran  just fine...never any issues.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reapplied the settings, and still every time I launch the app now it goes back to factory defaults. I even tried running as administrator and it still doesn't work. Please help.

This has been discussed here many times.

A Windows update messed up some privileges on your computer.  The easiest way to fix this is to re-install in a *separate* folder and that should do the trick.

I will try it again, but the program has always been installed on my D:/ drive, not the root. I've kept all my astro apps on a separate drive.  I will report back to you shortly.

You can still install on the D:\ drive, just install to a different folder on D:.
