Question

Any reason why my settings on BYE 3.1.17 - Classic  are not being saved now? I am using a Canon EOS Rebel T6/1300D. This started happening just a couple of days ago after a capture session. Prior to that, it ran  just fine...never any issues.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reapplied the settings, and still every time I launch the app now it goes back to factory defaults. I even tried running as administrator and it still doesn't work. Please help.
