Nikon D80, BYN, wireless connection and/or mini-PC

I own a modded Nikon D80.  It's an older model without built in wifi for remote control.  Is there a wifi adapter that can operate Backyard Nikon and is compatible with a Nikon D80.  This includes a mini/stick PC.

No, there is not as far as I know.

There are numerous Mini and Stick PCs which run Windows 10 so that BYN can run on it and your Camera (and AutoGuider and Mount) can in turn be connected via USB.  Most of these Mini / Stick PCs also have WiFi modules through which you could connect via Remote Control Software (recommend builtin RDP - no requirement for Internet).

There are even numerous Astro "Controllers/Mini PCs", but as most of these are Linux-based BYN could not be utilized.

Having a Stick PC at the Mount is much better and robust than controlling the Camera via direct WiFi link.  Amongst the other issues, a direct WiFi Link such as the newer Nikon Cameras generate could likely mean needing to reconnect and restart your Imaging Session after every short loss of WiFi Signal.  And such direct WiFi Links do not allow for connection to the Mount and AutoGuider.
