Be careful:  DO NOT post your License Key to this or other Forums...  Not even in a Screenshot...

But, as Rick says, if you use Copy-Paste instead of Manually Keying, you should be able to Validate your License.

If, on the other hand, your issue is truly that you can't get BYE to Start-Up/Open - then look at your AntiVirus Program.

Since BYE is updated with some frequency, and has a lot fewer users than Google or the current Fad Game, many AntiVirus Programs will Block it from Executing.  Every AntiVirus App has some way to override and allow Programs to execute - you'll just need to follow the instructions for your AntiVirus Program.

I've bought backyard eos I've gone to log in for first time using user name and it's not allowing me to open program any help would be appreciated

Do you get an error message?

As suggested above, do not copy your key here (or on any other public forums).

Can you elaborate "it's not allowing me to open program"?

Are you cut&pasting your key and identifier in the application as they appear on the website under "My Purchases -> Orders".

Ok, you're trying to enter your key and identifier in the application.

This error is usually caused by a windows update causing you to re-validate you key.

You need to re-enter your key and identifier as they appear here on the website under "My Purchases -> Orders".

Keep us posted.
