Got the log file, thank you.

From looking at the log file I can confirm that the only AVI is sent to the encoder, so the JPG are tossed away after the AVI is created.

I think this issue is related to Windows once again messing up the configuration file privileges most likely caused after a Windows update.  The easiest way to fix this is to reinstall BYE is a separate folder.  Try that as see if it fixes the issue.  If it does not I will have to put extra logging to see where is the offending code but I'm pretty sure reinstalling in a separate folder will solve it.

I am using BYE 3.1.18 RC1 with my T5i. In Planetary mode I select AVI+JPG and shoot 50 frames at both 1X and 5X zoom factors. I see the AVI file and a folder with all 50 JPG files, although it does take a few seconds before the JPG folder is visible.

How is your setup different from mine? Which BYE version and camera are you using?
