Question

I recently purchased (August 7) BYN #2 Premium in order to use with my Nikon D850. When I ran BYN it recognized the camera but when I went to take a series of shots it stalled out spooling. I restarted and was confronted by same problem. This may have been recognized and answered already. Thanks for help.
