According to Google Translate, your message says "Hi, I can't activate the backyardEOS 3.1.but the owner of the piremium. My computer crashed."

I am confused. Does your computer crash when you try to run BYE? When you launch BYE, or when you try to connect with your camera?

If so we need more information...Which version of Windows? What is the complete BYE version? like 3.1.17? I assume that you have the Windows culture set to Turkish...Is that so? What error do you see?

It is very unusual to have a program like BYE cause Windows to crash. This is most likely a problem with your Windows and there is nothing that the BYE authors can do to fix it but please provide more detailed information.

Thanks!

If your purchase key is not activating it means your are not entering your key and/or identifier correctly.  There are no other cause for this.

Make sure you cut&paste your key and identifier exactly as it appears in "My Purchases -> Orders" here on the website.

Is this a personal computer of a work computer that is tied to a domain controller?  Sometimes on work computers there is restriction where BackyardEOS can not write to the registry.  Do you have full administrator privileged on the computer?

Download 3.1.16 and try that version.

If this works it confirms that you don't have full permission to write to the Windows registry.  In version 3.1.16 and before I was not writing the license information into the registry and for this reason 3.1.16 may work.

Thank you very much, it worked :)

Okay, then this confirms you have some sort of policy that prevents the application to write into the registry.
