Will not connect to cannon T7

Backyard will connect to t7i just fine but will not connect to t7. Is t7 not compatible or is there something I am misding?

The T7 is not in the supported cameras list, so perhaps Canon has not yet released a version of the SDK that supports that model.

Which version of BYE are you using? If not 3.1.18 Pre-Release,  you should upgrade. This uses the latest SDK, but it may still not connect until the authors update it with identification information that you may be able to provide from the connection error. Please copy/paste the connection error.

The Canon210 drivers are for very old cameras. Newer cameras should use Canon, instead.

Can I also get this fix for the Canon T7?  80000432
I get the SDK error.  I emailed support but received a reply that email was not monitored 1:1 for support and instead to post in the forums instead.

The downloaded file referenced is the "Pre-Release" v3.1.18 RC2, which has now been further updated.

Please download the file in the Downloads (Tab next to "Forum" at home of website); Pre-Releases (Right side of page); BackyardEOS v3.1.18 Release Candidate (all you need is the current Release Candidate).

It's has already been uploaded in the download pre-release section.  Download the latest pre-release and it should work.
