Question

dear Sirs,
I have a version of Backyard EOS Premium I purchased as an update for my first version that I ordered in 2011. The update was ordered if I am not mistaken in 2016. My version is 3.1.11. This version operates very well with my old câmeras like EOS 350 and 400 but now I tried to connect my T3i and I am unable to connect. I am selecting the right options as this câmera was released by Canon in February 2011. The EOS Utility operates normally and I can change all the câmera parameters with the computer. Thus I conclude that all correct drivers are installed and working. Any suggestion on how to proceed ?
Many thanks,
Paulo Alonso

If you have a license for BYE 3.1.11 then that license is still good for BYE 3.1.17 RC1. You should only need to download and install the latest version. It will use the registered license.
