Software key

I have just "upgraded" my laptop - installed Backyard EOS - tried to put in the software key I was given in 2015 - noticed the length is now different and it would accept it - Do I have to repurchase!!!

HOWEVER, you don't need an upgrade key.  You already have the latest 3.1.x key.  Just click "My Purchases -> Orders" from the top menu here on the website and your key is there.

i DID JUST THAT.  enteredmy key issued on April 11th 2014 but it says its not valid

Forget about upgrading your key... You already have the latest key in "My Purchases -> Orders".

Just download the latest version 3.1.17 and use your key as shown in "My Purchases -> Orders".
