Problem connecting Canon 6D Mk II

Hi,

Just acquired a new 6D Mark II.  Maybe I'm missing something obvious but when I try connecting to the camera, I get a "Generic model 153 assumed" (see screen capture) but no connectivity. Windows 10 x64 seems to detect and recognize the camera fine.

Suggestions?

You are using the Canon215 SDK/drivers. Try the Canon SDK instead.

astroman133 is correct, the Canon215 is for older cameras, you need to select Canon drivers when you connect your camera.  If you do not get that selection go to Settings -> Advance Settings and check "Ask camera drivers".
