BYE Plan abort & APN disconnect after 1rst image w/Canon 5D4

Hello

My Canon 5D4 disconnects systematically after first step of the plan (under Windows 10)

What could I do ?

You did not provide much information.

You reference APN in the title of your post...What is APN?

Additional helpful information might be:

your BYE version number and license type
your capture Plan settings like ISO, exposure, image type, and image save locations
details of the steps to recreate your issue

Does the capture plan abort immediately after starting to execute the plan, or does it abort when the first image is downloaded? Do the Download folder and the BackyardTEMP folder exist on a local hard drive, and do you have full access to read and write data to them? Have you tried temporarily de-activating your anti-virus software?

My APN (DSLR in English) is a Canon 5D mark IV, I get the message error: Error EDS_ERR_INVALID_HANDME: EDSDK.EDSSetPropertyData

The plan is any, for example: ISO 6400 30s 10, the plan aborts just after the first image is dowloaded

The licence is for now a test licence (since 9 days left) ... by the way I like the product and would buy it if it works for me ...

You may need to follow the instructions in this post in the How To's Forum to submit a BYE log file for the authors to examine.

This error means Windows has lost communication (the handle) it had on the camera.

This may be caused by a bad USB connection and/or cable.

If you are using a USB hub try connection the camera directly into the computer USB port and try again.
