BYE working perfectly for months, then stopped. Upon activation the application asks for the premium key. I enter the key and sign-in name, and the app replies with "Object reference not set to an instant of an object." I have no idea what this means. What do I need to do to fix this?

This is just a guess, but it could be that the license file somehow became corrupted. You could delete the file and let BYE re-create it. This would mean that you will need to re-enter the key and ide

3.1.16-Premium Edition. Funny thing, I just shut down the application, re-opened, entered the serial number and identifier, and it works! Any idea why it's being so persnickity?
