Hello, I buy the premium version byd eos 3.1.16 and impossible to capture images, nothing is displayed on the window and even in the backup folder. However it recognizes my canon 7d..il mark well that everything is perfect. picture session succes ... what is the concern ..? thank you for helping me

hello thank you for your help, I found the solution: it was the write access that was not checked in the security settings and also my anti virus that blocked Bydeos. thank you
