BackyardEOS zoom 5x with canon T6i does not work

Hi,

I'm running BackyardEOS 3.1.16 on windows 10 connected to a canon t6i. I've been trying to use the 5x function in planetary mode but the software freezes for some seconds and never does the zoom. I have tried on two different computers but I see the same issue on both of them.

I'm attaching a logfile for your reference. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the same issue with a canon T6S.  Identical.

Others have experienced issues with 5X zoom if the camera's LiveView autofocus is set to Face+Tracking. Try changing it to FlexZone - Multi or FlexZone - Single.
