ma licence ?

Bonjour,

mon pc ma planté sous les étoiles!!!.... je suis un client discret mais fidèle depuis les premiers "jours" de Backyard EOS.... et je veux réinstaller mon log sur mon pc rebooté  mais la licence ne m'est plus accessible et sur votre site, il est dit: your identifier - your licence is associated ??? Please - please - please: ma licence... si cela vous est possible de me la renvoyer par mail ?....
