Correct, because the Canon SDK doesn't communicate whether LENR is enabled or not.

So BYE asks for a 600sec Exposure and at the end of that time starts waiting for the Camera to complete the Image Download; only to be left waiting while the LENR "Dark" is being Exposed for an equivalent 600sec.  Then the Image Downloads and all moves on to the next Exposure.

It gets more complicated with some of the higher-end Canon DSLR's which can/do hold the LENR Image in DIGIC Memory and apply it to 2-3 Exposures before deciding that LENR Dark is "too old" and suddenly pausing to Expose another.  (Fast, Fast, Slow, Fast...)

If you go back to 3.1.16 does the countdown show up?

I was previously using 3.1.16 with my older (and now defunct) 600D, and my new 200D isn't supported in 3.1.16, so I don't have a good way to test.

Note that this isn't a huge problem, more of a curiosity.
