Question

I have the Canon 6D Mark II camera. I am running Windows 10. When I take an image with BYEOS I only get a CR2 file and no JPG file when in settings it is set for both. If I set it to JPG I get a JPG file. If I set it to RAW I get a RAW CR2 file. When I set it to RAW + JPG I only get the RAW CR2 file. Any suggestions?

What version of BYE? Which driver/SDK are you choosing at connect time?

Your issue has also been reported by others in the past 3 or 4 months with no resolution of their issue. Part of that may be that the JPG images are of limited usefulness so they decided that RAW only is fine. It will take a review of the log file to be sure. You should expect Guylain to ask for the log from a session that shows the issue. The instructions for how to submit the log file are in a post that is pinned near the top of the How To forum.

In the future, it will make your posts more useful to others if you put a brief description of the reason for your post in the topic, rather than your username. For example "Choosing RAW+JPG but only get JPG".

Thanks!
