I have occasionally gotten that error, with different versions of BYE Premium, as well. Most recently was after I changed my timezone information when getting ready to image the Eclipse. Not every time, however; only twice that I recall over the past couple of years. Re-validating my license allowed BYE to work, just fine. Fortunately, I had an Internet connection.
