Upgrade failed from 3.1.11 to 3.1.14

Upgrade error with ...BackyardEOS.Start.Camera1.exe

An error occured while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:

MoveFile failed: code 183.

Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

Retry and Ignore does not solve the issue.

This happens a lot with Win 10 - messed-up File and Directory Privs.  The common solution is to perform an Installation into a different Directory - preferrably a New Directory within the same Programs structure (some folks will advise to put it off "\" (root) but that starts to develop its own set of "design conflicts" with Microsoft's latest Security Efforts).

You can also use the Windows Settings Apps&Features Uninstall facility.  And then select that same Destination Directory for your Fresh Install (assuming that you hadn't placed something else in it over time that would keep it from Uninstall Deletion).

Thanks for the help s3igell. The only option that seemed to work is the installation into a different Directory.
