Be as specific as possible when reporting issues and *ALWAYS* include the full version number of the application you are using and your exact *CAMERA MODEL*
NEVER POST YOUR KEY IN ANY PUBLIC FORUM, INCLUDING THE O'TELESCOPE SUPPORT FORUM ::: IF YOU DO YOUR KEY WILL BE DEACTIVATED WITHOUT NOTICE!
I purchased the Pro edition in November of 2016 and have used it quite often, after not using it for several months I turned it on this morning and it is asking me to insert my username for validation, this is unsuccessfull, I have tried to type in everything associated to my user name and account, which allows me to log onto the website, but it does not allow me to use my app.
Can someone please contact me and let me know how to get my app back up and working, Thanks for any help .
