Question

I need to install BackyardNikon Premium on a new PC, and I can log on and see my order and it has three entries, one for Backyard EOS, which says paid, and two for BackyardNikon Premium bopught Sept 23, 2015 (but I only bought one license so I have no idea what there are two entries on the same date for the same order), but both BackyardNikon says it has expired. The BackyardEOS does not show any key. I never bought BackyardEOS (don't have a Canon), although that could have been an error that was later corrected.
How do I straighten this out?
Gerald

That has got to be the most impressive customer support I have ever witnessed in my life. Thanks so much! Gerald
