I bought BackyardEOS before you bought it. I am not able to use it because you are blocking access to my installation of my license key by require a registered name for your site that didn't happen until years later. I have my license key, but no way to activate since it is not tied to your company...it is tied to the original write of BackyardEOS.
It would be good if a human being from your company would contact me in order for you to fulfill your obligations! Yes, I am irritated...I expect a professional behavior from your company, but maybe that is too much to ask!

Yes, it makes sense. It was your answer that made me realize the trial edition with my old key wasn't the way to go, but now I know how to do it; just haven't done it yet. Thank-you.
