Please read the End User License Agreement, paragraph 2.

Thank you for replying.

Does being in use mean that the license activated on one machine should be deactivated first and then reactivated on the second machine or it is an honerary system?

 

I have tried activating the license on the second PC and it is not accepting the credentials.

Then you did not enterer them correctly.  What error message did you get?

The issue was that I was getting my license key from an old e-mail from O'Telsecope back when I purchased my license. That validation key is not the same as I find under my account. When I used this other one I was able to activate it on the second PC.
