rotax

Question

Hello everyone. I'm very new to all of this... First time posting... Got Premium Edition of BYEOS... Learning Tutorial on YouTube... Not a computer genius but I could get around a bit...

Cannot for the sake of me get Drag and Drop into preview to work....  tried everything... Any Suggestion people ? Guylain runs 3 computers with Window 10 and it works for him...

I tried to drop JPEGS and CR2 files ... No Luck. Tried with Admin Priveledges and without. Still no luck..... If someone out there can respond I would appreciate...

Thanks-you for your time.

I am using BYE 3.1.9 with Windows 7 and have no issue with Previewing either CR2 or JPG image files.

I select an image file in Windows Explorer, drag it into the main viewing area of BYE's Preview screen, the cursor changes shape to the drop cursor and I release the mouse button. The image displays and the image is also added to the thumbnail strip across the bottom. Following is the entry from the log file. What do you see?

Can you please provide more information than "can't get this to work...tried everything"?

Thank-you for answering me...

I finally decided to uninstall and reinstall BYEOS....

With the .exe file on hand I right clicked my mouse and added "Run as Administrator " I then opened and downloaded the extracted files in Windows Program Files and now it works !
