Pending payment

Hi, I purchased the backyard eos classic edition earlier and payment has been taken from my paypal account. However when I select invoices it says pay now and at the right hand side pending. What should I do? In purchases it only shows the trial edition. Thanks

Hi George,

 

I have manually approved your purchase.  Usually I do not need to intervene as this is 100% automated.  However, in your case the server did not received the PayPal confirmation despite the payment being approved and completed.

 

Anyhow, you should be all set to go now.
