Short time exposures are gone

Hi there!

 

I have a small problem.

For some time, I can no longer make BIAS or Flatframes in Backyard EOS.

In the shutter selection field is only BULB, AV an PROGRAMM available (screenshot 1) 

 

I've clean the cache, restart the PC, uninstal und reinstall the application ... no success

It seems, I've lost the short time exposures below one second.

 

I have a second PC, a second Version of Backyard EOS an a second identical Caonon EOS.

This is how its look like:

 

I have even tried to change the Kameras, same effect

 

 

 I hope somebody can help. (Sorry for my bad english!)

Marcel,

 

Your English is fine.

 

I know that you said that you tried to "clear the cache", but I believe that is the correct way to fix your issue.

 

1) Start BYE

2) Click on "Delete Cache Data" on the Advanced Settings panel.

3) Restart BYE (may not be necessary)

4) Put the camera in Manual mode (M on the dial)

5) Connect BYE with your camera.

 

Please follow these steps and report the result.

Problem solved!

Delete the cache folder in "My Pictures\BackyardTEMP\cache", and start BYE again, make sure the dial is set to M so the cache rebuilds properly.

 

The Tv values should be there after that.
