License wouldn't take, now gives message to contact you.

Question

My laptop crashed during a session last night. After a restart, I got license request (odd, luckily my phone had internet access (on a mountain), but TheSkyX also wanted license as a first-time run). After struggling to get the laptop internet to authorize, it wouldn't. I kept getting a message an instance of an object (something like that) until it said I'd used the license too many times and to contact you.

I have version 8.1.3. I'm going to uninstall/reinstall which should fix the issue (hopefully, my customized settings remain), but I still need my license reset. I've attached the logs in case that helps. I didn't see anything abnormal but it was my very first time looking at the logs. They are from the temp directory. I'm assuming it only moves to the main folder after successful shutdown.

Looks like the file hosting your key locally on your computer may have been corrupted somehow.

Please delete the file BackyardEOSv31-license.txt located in folder "c:\users\<username>\AppData\"

Then start BackyardEOS and enter your new key again.
