I am new to the Forum, so forgive me if this question has been asked before. I purchased a previous version of BackyardEOS, but never used it because I was running Windows XP & Vista in the observatory. Now, with the purchase of a new laptop that is running Windows 7, I downloaded a new trial version of BYE. Do I get credit for purchasing a previous version v 2.0.7 rev. 35319? Or do I have to purchase the new version as a new customer? Who can I speak to or email to find this out?
