Connecting 20da windows 7 32 bit

Dear Group:

I cannot figure out how to connect my 20da to bye running windows 7 pro 32 bit.  I'm attaching my log files.  Thank you for any suggestions.

You need to install the Canon driver that came with your camera first.  These are not in Windows by default on these older camera model.

Camera Not Found!  Make sure it's connected to the PC and turned ON

 

That is the relevant error...You are missing the low-level Windows driver, or the USB cable is faulty. You should be able to download the missing driver from Canon if you don't have the CD that came with the camera.
