Canon 80D not connecting to BYE.

Running BYE 3.1.6 Premium edition.

Do you have any forecast when the Canon 80D will be supported?

I'm still waiting for Canon to release the SDK in North America.

Guylain is at the mercy of when Canon releases a new version of their Software Development Kit that supports the 80D. In this case it appears that they released Version 3.4.0 of the SDK, with support for the 80D, a few weeks ago.

 

It does take some effort to bundle and test the new version of the SDK with BYE, so be patient.

According to the Canon USA web site the SDK was released in the US in April, but I was not able to navigate to the page to request the software. I kept getting web site errors.

It is not on the Canon Developer site yet, so I'm not able to download it.
