3.1.6 won't install

Trying to install 3.1.6.  I have 3.1.5 on my pc  When I try and install it ,I get a popup saying otelescope.backgroundworker.start is running and needs to close  When i hit close automatically it won't close and then it won't install.  I do not have BYE open when I'm installing

This is happening because you just closed BYE and you are trying to install.

 

You have 3 options here.  

 

1) Wait about 5 minutes after closing BYE for the background worker to shutdown by itself.

2) Go in task manager and kill the process

3) Reboot.

 

All 3 of these cases will fix your install issue.
