Perhaps you accidentally turned on Long Exposure Noise Reduction (LENR) in the camera's menu.  That causes the camera to take a dark expsosure and apply it to each light exposure.  This causes a 1 minute exposure to take twice as long (1 minute for the light, 1 minute for the dark, plus processing and download time).

Conventional wisdom is that you should turn off LENR and apply separately-acquired dark frames during image calibration.

We need more info.  If this used to work fine and not anymore something has changed at your end, we just need to figure out what changed :(

1) Is this for BULB it timed value images?

2) Do you have in-camera dark subtraction enabled?

3) Did change from USB 2.0 to 1.1 ?

thank you
