Support Pentax in the future? (non-Canon/Nikon)

Wondering if you have plans to support Pentax, in addition to Canon/Nikon.  I'd love to use your S/W with my Pentax K3 DSLR.

No plans at all.  There is simply not enough demand to justify to work required sadly

For some of these types of requests, would it make any sense to have a version or setting that acts as an intervalometer only. i.e. only does bulb shutter control via a generic serial interface? 

 

Other non-camera control features would still be there.

 

The same version or setting would be for ALL unsupported cameras, and it's up to the user to come up with proper cable for their camera. Sony, EOS M, Pentax, or whatever?

Yes, that would work for cameras with an intervalometer port... you can count the EOS-M out as it does not have one

 

There is already DSLRShutter that does that however.
