Existing Key does not work EOS 3.2.3

srowlands

Question

I purchased 3.1 EOS Prem some time ago, and was running 3.2.3. I have had to do a clean install of Win 10 and when I reinstalled 3.2.3 and added my key, it responded with "the key provided has been deactivated". What happens next?

Paid licenses are permanent and do not expire. They can be revoked by O'Telescope if you violate the End User License Agreement.

They can fail to validate if you are using an unsupported version of Windows. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft or O'Telescope as it has out-of-date software that is required to validate your license. As a result, you must have Windows 8 or later.

You could be trying to apply a BYN license to BYE, or vice versa.

You could be entering the license key or identifier incorrectly. Use Copy/Paste to transfer the license from the web site into the product's validation dialog. Use the username for the account where you retrieved the license as your Identifier.

Please let us know how you make out.

I just tried your key (cut&paste) from your purchased area, and it validated first try.

Be 100% sure you cut&paste your key, the letter I and number 1 look awfully similar, so does number 0 and letter O.

Keep us posted
