How do I go about getting upgrade to my EOS 3.1.16 software?

Here are the general instructions...Scroll to the footer at the bottom of this page and click on "Upgrade Instructions".

However, since you are already running BYE 3.1.16, you are able to use your existing license, so all you need to do is to download and install BYE 3.2.3 or one of the BYE 3.5.0 pre-release versions.

There is no cost unless you want to upgrade from a Classic license to a Premium license by following the "Upgrade Instructions" and pay the discounted price.
