Question

After Covid disruption followed by a traumatically difficult house move (you wouldn't believe it...), I'm now ready to get back to the scope, but I can't get into the lovely Backyard EOS! It says my reg code is okay, but my identifier is wrong! How can I fix this, please?

The Identifier is the username of the O'Telescope account that you used when you purchased your BYE license. This username is the only piece of information that you must remember in order to access your license. If you remember your username, but not the password, you can reset the password as long as you still have the same email address.

If you got a new email address and do not remember your original username then you are unable to identify your self to the O'Telescope owners. You may have to purchase a new license with this account and store it somewhere where you won't lose it. I would suggest a password repository application.

It appears that you were unable to remember the original username and perhaps created a new account with a different username, or else you have never posted here before since your posted messages count is 1.
