If I remember, another user, who lives close to O'Telescope, already lent his Z8 for Guylain to use and test with.

How are you connecting your Z8 to the PC?

Do you see the camera in the Windows Device Manager once it is connected and powered on?

Have you disabled WiFi in the camera?

Enabled USB control?

Is the cable known to be good?

Have you tried a factory reset on the camera?

The more we know the quicker your issue will get resolved.

Thanks,

pre-release version emailed to me 350rc7-x64

would it be helpful if we brought our camera to you?

Not for the Z8, I actually tested the Z8 personally last weekend and RC7 was a direct result of having everything working fine with that model. Thanks for the offer, though.

I confirm that 3.5.0.RC7 is the latest, and the Z8 is working with this model.

If the app crash/closes, the issue is most likely at the Computer/Windows/driver level.

Send me the log file.
