number of exposure groups

In the user guide it says you can have a max of 25 exposure groups in a capture plan but on the screen there are only ten.  I am getting ready for the upcoming eclipse and to get the whole range from prominences to outer corona it would be nice to have more than ten.  Am I missing something?

The default has been brought down to 10 a few years ago because most don't need more than 10, and it was a way to manage memory as some point.
