Cant download the trial

ok i am trying to get the BYN  download before i buy it. i have tried 5 browsers and get the same results. i have turned off all extensions, firewalls and antivirus. what can i do?

I just downloaded the Pre-release BYE x64 setup file with no issues.

The error message appears to be coming from McAfee...your anti-virus/firewall software. I would suggest that you contact their technical support folks for assistance.

i dont use macafee though is where im stumped. but ill shut everything off and restart and try again

I did an internet search for your issue and found that it also affects others.

It appears that your ISP may be blocking the O'Telescope web site for some reason. I know of no valid reason, except that the site is unknown to the McAfee software.

I would also say that the title of your post is misleading.

The term "trial" refers to your license. It is not a file to be downloaded.

What you download is the BYE or BYN Installer. Then when you install the software and apply your Trial license, all the features of the application are active for 30 days. If you decide to purchase a Classic or Premium license key the new key may be applied to the existing software to activate the paid features, with no expiration date. Notice that there is no need to re-download the software to go from a Trial to a Classic or Premium license. Simply apply the new license key to the existing software.
