Hello, I have installed the 64bit version of BYE on a 64bit operating system Win10 Home 22H2. My Canon 5D Mark II works fine, the Canon R6 Mark II does not. What can I do? Many thanks in advance. Regards, Wolfgang

I have tried both the 32 and 64 bits if BYE, and they both connect. Are you sure your R6 Mk II is not connected to another app? Therefore, preventing BYE to establishing a connection? Do you

You may also need to configure the camera to allow it to take pictures with no lens attached. This would be in the camera's menus, not in BYE.

Thank you all. With your help I found the wrong entry in camera's menu. After disabling "choose USB connection app" camera is connected now.
