hi I have managed to get as far as inputting my activation code I then input the word I use to log in, not my password, but when I hit the 'validate' button I get the
' could not find any recognisable digits'. I have tried a number of times without any success. Is the identifier the same as what you sign in with as I use no other words to log in. Please advise.

Scratch that I have managed to download it, all I need now is instruction on how to move it from one laptop to another, anyone help by giving me an idiots guide on how to do it. I know I have to copy the activation key to my USB but how?

You have hidden characters in your cut&paste.

 

Copy your key in notepad, then copy from notepad and paste it in BYE.  This should get ride of the special characters.

 

Alternatively you can type you key manually.  To prevent errors all letters are in lower case so the difference between 0 and o and 1 and i are more obvious.

To install on another computer just download from the website on the new computer and install.  Use the same key, which can be typed in or cut&pasted from you client area in the website
